1. Acceptance of Agreement

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") governs your access to and use of the Wisent mobile and web applications ("App" or "Software") provided by Wisent Software ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not install or use the App.

2. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, Wisent Software grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App on compatible devices solely for personal, non-commercial use, in accordance with applicable store terms and this Agreement.

3. Restrictions

You may not:

Violation of these restrictions may result in termination of your license.

4. Ownership

The App is licensed, not sold. Wisent Software retains all ownership, intellectual property rights, and proprietary interests in the App and its content. This Agreement does not convey any ownership rights to you.

5. Updates and Modifications

We may, at our discretion, provide updates, patches, or new versions of the App. Such updates may occur automatically or require manual installation. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised version.

6. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

The App incorporates AI technologies from various third-party providers, including but not limited to OpenAI (ChatGPT), Anthropic (Claude), Google (Gemini), and other AI services and tools. We may use additional AI models and services at our discretion, particularly during beta programs, without prior notice to users. AI outputs are generated algorithmically and may not be accurate, factual, or appropriate. You are solely responsible for evaluating and using any AI-generated information. Wisent Software disclaims any liability for damages or losses resulting from reliance on AI responses.

7. Data Collection and Privacy

The App collects and processes data as described in our Privacy Policy at https://wisentapp.com/privacy-policy. By using the App, you consent to data processing as outlined therein.

8. Termination

This Agreement is effective until terminated by either party. Your rights automatically terminate without notice if you fail to comply with its terms. Upon termination, you must cease use and delete all copies of the App. Sections regarding intellectual property, limitations, disclaimers, and liability survive termination.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wisent Software and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or related to your use or inability to use the App, including data loss, malfunction, or reliance on AI-generated content.

11. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in courts located in Delaware.

12. Third-Party Terms

Use of the App may be subject to additional terms imposed by Apple Inc., Google LLC, Microsoft Corporation, or other distribution platforms. You agree to comply with all applicable store and platform terms when downloading or using the App.

Wisent Software acts as the controller for personal data collected through the App and associated web services.

Hosting and Infrastructure:
Primary hosting infrastructure is provided by Hostinger (United States Data Center – Phoenix, AZ).
Additional infrastructure and content delivery services may be provided by Vercel Inc. and Google Cloud for regional performance and scalability.

Supervisory Authority Information (EU Reference):
EU users may lodge complaints with their local data protection authority.

Consumer Dispute Resolution (EU Notice):
Wisent Software is not obligated and does not agree to participate in consumer dispute resolution proceedings before a European consumer arbitration board.

Copyright and Intellectual Property:
All content, logos, and designs associated with Wisent Software are protected under U.S. and international copyright and intellectual property laws. Unauthorized reproduction or redistribution is prohibited.
